The plan foresees no cocoa bean sourcing from protected areas, no expansion of land for cocoa cultivation into defined areas, establishing agroforestry systems for cocoa production, and supporting community forest protection and restoration measures. We have set ourselves the goal of sourcing our entire cocoa supply from areas free from deforestation by 2025. * Rounded up or down Papua New Guinea Since the Program launched in 2017, we have been supporting more than 2,600 cocoa farmers with their basic needs and organization on an ongoing basis with training.
